Terry Kemp leads the Kemps Petersons Receivables team and has almost 30 years of industry experience. Joining Kemps Petersons Receivables in 1990, Terry has held various roles within the business, and has a thorough understanding of all aspects of credit management and debt recovery.
Sandeep Sharma, Branch Manager, New South Wales
Sandeep Sharma has 10 years of experience in debt management and collection; credit risk and reporting; and client relationship management. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the New South Wales team, and champions a personable approach to the debt recovery process. Sandeep holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business/Trade/Commerce, and a Credit Management Certificate IV.
Stephen Stafford, Branch Manager, Victoria
Stephen Stafford has almost 30 years of industry experience, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Victorian branch. He specialises in debt recovery, quality assurance and compliance, and has an exceptional ability to genuinely interpret and understand the needs of customers. He holds a Certificate IV Frontline Management and a Diploma of Management.
Oliver Hayward, Assistant Branch Manager, Victoria, and Regional Manager, Geelong
Oliver Hayward has over 10 years of commercial debt collection experience in both the UK and Australia, and strives to exceed customer expectations with efficient and professional recoveries. His role includes senior account management and client relations, business strategy, and system maintenance. He has an Honours Degree and a Diploma of Business Management.
